The Low End Threshold for Intensity?
There doesn't seem to be any major consensus around this question. What would you say is the low end threshold for intensity? I think it depends how heavy you're training. For hypertrophy, I think somewhere in the range of like 70 to 80% of the total reps you could do with a particular load is probably a decent starting point.
