How Do You Track That Internally?

The ongoing service is this combination of two intentional meetings a year and touch points around physician specific issues. We tried to set up our service so that we did not have to met again busy people like they don't always actually click on the link to schedule the meeting. Even if a client misses both of their annual meetings with us, we have still done all those things that we needed to do for them. And that's the value, again, of them paying us for that collaborate model.
