How to Sell Your Thing to Your Team
You need to make sure your champion is sold first and nine times out of 10, a sold champion will always introduce you to their team. Step one is you've got to pressure test the other person on how they're even going to sell your thing. One of the common areas we see is that champions will often go to a C-suite person and pitch things in terms of below the line problems. This isn't just about how you're going to save a couple hours a week; this actually attaches to a bigger organizational initiative.
