How to Deal With Life Stress Factors
I'm not so much of a big believer in trying to deal with just one thing in a big way. In this stuff regarding allostatic loads, it's better and more effective to consistently chip away at small things. My changes that I've made on this have been towarm up more, to warm up more intelligently and to be a little bit more consistent with that all the time. The impact is going to be greater on my performance in the long run because I've just got more time out from doing any training, performing, exercising, etc.
