Wicked Problems in Design Thinking

I've read a paper called Wicked Problems in Design Thinking by Richard Buchanan, which is from 1992. Every time I read it, I get more convinced of what design thinking can do for solving wicked problems. So that's the next one on my list: "Wicked Problems" The second series will be about how designers use their ideas to solve 'wicked' problems such as social media and mobile apps.
