How to Prep Your Lifter for a Successful Day

A lot of the times you'll get lifters who jump under the bar and actually don't even feel good until they're kind of on their second or third working set. And I think a lot of that can be eliminated just by taking enough time to really do your prep work, but do it aggressively. Do it about two or three times, make sure you're breathing heavy, increase your core temperature, and make sure that your joints and everything sort of feeling like pretty good.
