Our focus is on, like samuel's head, getting super clear on what exactly it is that uses pursuing. Getting really clear on the outcome that is driving the engagement is the first step to making clear suggestions about about the part. So when a user is in a particular moment in their time line and they've got a next step in front of them, the better you can tie that step back to what they're trying to do. And so for us, there's an importance in distinguishing between the process of going to the dentist,. which is important, but not inherently motivational.
