i'm finding, even for my self right now, going to the sort of mindless things that are sort of enjoyable but unstimulating is not actually making me feel any better. It's like i have to kind of only have these sort of a positive, high value imputs. And so thinking about what are those just like really tiny and not like big things, but things that you reliably can do to feel better.
