I was drinking every day for a long time and if I did feel bad the next day I knew that if I had another drink it would go. The kind of thing that turned it really was I lost my sister in 2019 she died of sepsis in the finish but there was a little bit of a death that was kind of connected to alcohol. She's chronic pain sufferer but she was kind of drinking and we didn't know it, mixed with medication and stuff. So as soon as you come off your night shift for your straight I was straight on it so which was which was worse really for me for my health.
