The Difference Between Flexibility and Mobility
The difference between stretching and joint mobility is a big one. Most people associate flexibility with stretching out soft tissue such as a muscle or a joint, but there's no active movement in that piece. Mobility essentially adds the active component to it; now we have joint extensibility in a passive fashion. If we're doing it correctly, your mobility routine should be your stretching routine and vice versa.
