The Biggest Mistake With Assessment

Teachers will focus on the things that are easiest test and grade, as opposed to not always assessing what are the most important outcomes. One problem with assessment is sometimes people simply assess what's easiest to test in grade. A second problem is more related to the culture of schools. And kids will fix it on the grade, will it be on the test? Or how much does this count? If it's not a test, they don't think it's ortant.
