The cooling effect of when you go to sleep as your core temperature drops, you actually helps you fall asleep. Some people recommend having a warm shower or a bath to get that body temperature up a little bit. And then when you get into bed, don't cover the blanket. Cover yourself. Leave your feet and hands out so that they can cool. That's why I put sauna in there as opposed to ice bath.
