Inhibition of Autophagy in Cancer Cells
Some cancer sults do activate atology suppos. One relatively general mechanism may be that early during unco genesis, the delition of tumor suppressagines or the activation of uncogens leads to autopagi suppression. And so later on, when the cells are strive and er adapt to an ever more hostile micro environment, hostile because there's too little vasculaization for the expanding canse cells. So it has been proposed that inhibition of autophogy would be a way to make the kansas cells more fragile and vulnerable to theopeutic intervention by chemotheopy, redio, theop target, theopies.
