How to Overcome Progression in Muscle Growth
Most people aren't tracking their workouts, and I don't think I did for the first 10 years of my training career. Once you circle back to a rep range, you may find you're a little bit better or you may find just naturally you're having to increase loads to maintain a rep range. It's not meticulously tracking. And so it's like I need to do enough stimulus to put me in a range for a positive adaptation and then you're good at that point.
