I think everybody does have more anxiety than they did three years ago. And anxiety is a normal part of human existence. You're not like people say, I need to get rid of my anxiety. It's like, well, no, you can't do that. Anxiety is what drives us. The problem is if you look at Pauli Bagel theory and that kind of thing is that once you get too high in the sympathetic wing that that fight or flight nervous system will shut down. So we go into this sort of dorsal bagel shutdown and we can't function that well. We heal from anxiety by putting ourselves on purpose into uncomfortable situations. That's where these cold pledges come from
