I'm not going to set up like the reverse band, you know neutral bar with chains because there's 10 minutes that I could have been into a second exercise at that point. Most clients don't need them. You can work on leverages and individual limb lengths with with using chains. But what the hell is wrong with treating a high school kid to be like, Hey man, you've been working hard. You packed on some muscle. I'm going to let you bench with chains for three weeks. Do they need to do it? No, can you get results without chains? Obviously. Well, there is tremendous benefits to it.
