What I Love About Fluid Stands
During the day, almost every call that i take is on a walk. I do what's called pommodoro splits, or pomodoro brakes. My five minute break is always a workout break, a movement break. The next thing i do is i eat. People might have asked like, are you fasting? And it's an interesting question, right? Because i do take some supplements like way in such a minimul amount of chloric intake throughout the morning. It's technically not fast but i kind of consider it to be. But generally i will break my fast around 12 o'clock and work for 25 minutes. Don't yell at me in the commet section!
