A lot of church leaders say they're very often incredibly frustrated because pastors are unpredictable. When you say the same thing over and over and over again as a leader, that builds trust. If you identify this as maybe something in your own leadership, and again, oftentimes it's difficult to see your own weaknesses yet to really get honest feedback, work on consistency.
