A lot of people just go to the gim and do bench press, ye which, that's pushing. And so for those people, maybe, because they have been only doing one direction for an extended period of time, it would behove them to maybe balance thatt by working in the opposite direction. I can remember back too, several years ago now, i wrote y nw. When i say that, then, you know, right? It's going to be something from a time when mabe, i wouldn't explain things the same way i would to day but it was really, it was like, a really good direction.
