How to Train for Bodybuilding

When i first started it was volume crazy four five sets of squats drop set super set blah blah blah and now it's more two top sets controlled not necessarily a dorian high intensity where it's one set. I don't push everything to failure but i push it pretty close to where once i'm done with those two top sets i don't think i have another right. With powerlifting you normally have a set goal for that day with bodybuilding it can fluctuate maybe you had less sleepmaybe it's a low day on your dropping carbs a little bit  i got a lean out a little bit in the gym.
