The Lots of Thinking Is Not the Problem, It's the Struggle Against It

When practising in burma, the monastery was incredibly noisy. I came to burman to get enlightened. Of course, my aversion to it didn't make it go away. So i was just in thi sense of struggle, you know, not feeling at ease at all. And then i became aware, oh, this is complaining mind. Why don't this is in the monastery? That's a new note for you. Every time you make that note, you are actually being mindful. The lots of thinking in and of itself is not the problem. It's the struggle against it that's the problem.
