The Importance of Right Speech

I don't think anybody has been able to be creative or productive in these first couple of weeks. There's been so much external stuff to deal with, even while we're doing nothing. I was more interested in what right speech might mean if you think about it in terms of the way we talk to ourselves. And there's a lot of self criticism and shame that gets perpetuated by our thoughts.
