The most important thing is make sure you don't go into selling mode there right away. Very generic emails are never going to get across to those types of people. You can do a bit more of an automated type of sequence below the line, but never for above the line. And I haven't come across a case yet in our account where you can come up with some personalized information that ties the bottom line to your solution.
