Emma worked with a design agency in north america called alpa food labs to create some speculative food products of the future. They wanted to show what it would look like if companies re-design their product portfolios in line with socal economy principles. And then how would affect agricultural landscapes? Because as emma was saying, the decisions th are made upstream in offices and research and development lads that ultimately influence what farmers grow.
