There are different kinds of habits. There are behaviors that are continual, overtime, that are consistent and nurturing. And then there are short interactions that don't take as much emotional banquitking a whole series of classes might be too much. What level of commitment in this season do you need? Is it something that's an irregular meet up, or a consistent weekly connection? For me, i do well with surface. If if i just get in some chatting and some quipping and some luck, that's easier for me to emotionally manage than going down a rabbit hole of oh gosh, now this person's going to want to hang out every day. I'm not available for that.
