Evolution of Neuronal Neurons

In evolution, extra rows of molecularly distinct neurons have been added to the human body. This means that as you move from the centre of the body outward, unlike a fish, which can move its fins, we have special motor norons to move these little bits,. These bits are called 'spinal waves' And so why do spinal waves create one category of movement and not another? We don't even walk on it! So what is going on with this central orientation in our culture? Throwing is not pushing away. It lands at least in the general vector direction of my of my idea here. I love the answer i let me tell you a bit of why i asked.
