I like to meditate first thing in the morning before I go into like the rest of my day because your brain is just more primed to go into a trance-like time. And so it's just, it's just better for you. So once I finish meditating, I then put on my sneakers and I go out for a walk. And I walk for about 30 minutes and I listen to an audio book while walking. It helps me clear my head, helps me put me, helps put me into a good head space.
