I Don't Hit Target - It's Not the End of the World

I was really bad at first when i first started. As long as you put the work in and you'll try ando improve, you will get better. I can shut off am, so i don't write to day i'm not stressed. Maybe when i go into a new roll i'll start to get stressed. But i just put these things into place and think, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you don't hit target. Just take that as, ok, i didn't hit target... What did i do differently this month? And what can i do next month?
