When I first started selling, I didn't use mutual engagement plans. Until I started losing deals, very likely late stage because of it. And so yeah, I've learned very quickly that you can't win six-figure deals by winning it. You need to have a plan in place, but more importantly, you need to understand like who's involved on their end and make it about them.
