The Importance of Sleep

You do the bare minimums and chase the metrics that really matter. Sleep is a big one, obviously more important than training at a certain point. But it's not getting too in the weeds in the paralysis. I find people who obsess about HRV will literally talk themselves out of going to a workout or having a great workout if they don't get enough sleep. You survive. Just eat the chicken nugget. Literally, just eat something.
