The Differences Between Patellar Tendonopathy and ATG

With the within a kiddies tendonopathy you often see people with big calves which is very interesting to me so like and now maybe that's because they did a 10 bazillion calf raises but also but also a lot of like people who do bodybuilding are just trying to get bigger in the gym. I rarely see people with patellar tendonopathy who have really strong quads so there's a big difference for me there between those two tendons. Full flex your knees fully flex your ankles fully flex your hips keep your joints moving really well if now obviously that can cause pain and the joints as wellAnything could be anything progressively but for tendon health particularly again with patella tendon
