What's the Best Way to Absorb Protein?

Human body can absorb a lot of protein, but only uses about 20 to 30 grams at a time. This is because it's your capacity to use what you've absorbed that is the rate limiting step. The system then goes into overflow mode and we begin to turn carbs into lippids - denovo lipid synthesis. Inhumans have no storage form of protein other than our muscle which doesn't make extra protein above and beyond.
