Transition Into Zero Drop Shoes?
Every everint is different, but i think i'm to start with if you're barefoot at home, it's a really good predictor of how well you'll do it. Some people are all the time, and theyre very comfortable. A get home, keek their shoes off, and they're immediately comfortable. And so that's a good predictor as to how how quickly you can sition. I think other people might take years to transition, and have to do it through through wer unvarying shoes,. There are zero drop shoes that have cushioning, and then there are ones without cushioning.
