Do I Need to Do a Row or Two Hands?
Trying to keep and maintain your left side vigor as best you can. I would not do t too many things with two hands for a while. But mostly, i would train upper body unilaterally, on one side at a time. And if you give yourself time, if you prod it longa recovery will be good.
