DBS has been in consulting for about 20 years now between inside and a couple of years has been a McKinsey before that. And I have had both great engagements like the one we did with Paul and engagements that you're happy with what it ends. The worst thing from our perspective is when we get handed a question and the client runs away. That's not why most of us at least are in the business. We want to change organizations in a meaningful sort of way.
