Catch Daniel Kechel is the chief of staff for Arnold Schwarzenegger's fitness site. He has also worked with Tim Ferriss on his podcast and TV shows. In 2010, Google made a big update to try and get higher quality content. They essentially punished these content farms that was just creating as much content as possible. And they got spanked very, very hard. Oh, they got killed because they were the worst.
