Nick: I just think about like how many people try to cram so much volume into a training session because so-and-so says that i need to do this many sets on this day and etc. Nick: What usually prevents people from performing really well either they're there they're just not recovered like they're fatigued or maybe there's a lot of stress theremaybe in that eating you know enough to support that but as bodybuilders we kind of like don't look at it from that supply and demand perspective  we just look at okay i gotta i gotta try to maximize or optimize my progress.
