How to Adapt to Energy System Work
I don't feel like you need to be doing a lot of conditioning beyond 25 seconds if your climb is going to take you 15 minutes. You want to tailor this part of the of the program to your specific needs or your specific weaknesses. I'm pretty good at long sustained endurance and so power endurance would be more beneficial to me because that's a harder facet of the sport for meOkay but yeah it's and I've got a couple of different examples we do these strength endurance will do a two-minute interval protocols in there.
