To reach intelligent answers, you have to ask really dumb questions. Why are we trying to reduce train overcrowding? And then there's a subsecuipt. It's a reason not to travel train. But ninety per cent of trains aren't very crowded. The reason people think they're crowdd is because far more people travel on crowded trains than travel on empty ones. All i've done here is by asking stupid wysys about reducing train overcrowding which is really, really expensive. Suddenly once you introduce those dumb question into the mix, like a flower growing in your garden, it opens up space for other ideas and solutions....
