Carbohydrates Are Not What Most People Think of as Carbs
i tend to just clump it altogether as gluton fr e, junk food. I'm a little bit of black strap molasses, that sort of thing. There are concentrated forms of carbohydrate in my diet. It's just s all congregated around dinner. But i do think, i do think it can work all the way down to a half mile, one mile runner,. ecause those runners create lactic acid. That is what stopped us in the last hundred yards with legs feeling like 600 pounds.
