Corey: I think visualizing yourself reaching that goal and telling yourself that you can go a long ways towards helping make that a reality. There's this idea that we should practice doing hard things that aren't the path of least resistance, even if they're small. So maybe you feel like eating something unhealthy And instead you choose to eat something healthy. That little choice is going to help you form your self identity of being somebody that can do hard things. It's going to give you a lot of confidence.
