Resistance and aerobic exercise can have a very positive impact on mitochondrial health. So the sunlight is always free. As soon as you wake up in the morning, go outside, get some sun on your eyes and as much skin as you can legally expose. And presumably say if someone's living in Scotland or somewhere where it's very cloudy, they're still getting exposure to maybe they just have to stay outdoors longer if they can't actually see the sun.
