Marketers should think about attribution in two different ways. One is to favor lower funnel, direct response channels such as google and review sites. The other is to look at podcast, organic social, paid social that doesn't have direct response conversions. Hay: When you obsess over attribution, again, you're going to overweight tactics that are easy to attribute.
