The Dalai Lama and Deepama

In the course of our lives, we sometimes meet people who seem to radiate a great deal of love and kindness. When you're with someone like the Dalai Lama, when he's speaking to you, it says if for him in that moment you are the most important person in the world. One of our teachers who died some years ago, named Deepama, also had this amazing capacity for love, for unconditional love. With both His Holiness the Dalai Lama or Deepama or others like this, what's striking is this feeling of love is there simply because we're fellow living beings. So it's unconditional in that way, and that's what makes it so strong, so transforming.
