With ADHD, especially if you've been recently diagnosed, it's about looking at all your structures and scaffolding. And maybe we can create a more flexible, less intense system that might work for you. But it's also important, I think, to give yourself a lot of compassion. With ADHD, we have that self criticism, even if it's from people who want the best from us. As we grow up, well, you're doing that differently, or you're not doing that,. You know, the way that we do that could be affecting that burnout as well.
