Most people live in this spin, the sort of swirl cage running around in their head. I get into it from time to time, but I don't like it. So I know how to get out of it. You're always going to create some ambient anxiety. As soon as you set a new goal and have a new vision or have a new something, you're going to creating some sort of a dissonance because now you're already full up to here. Now, you've got some new thing. What are you going to do with all the rest? How do you recalibrate all that? Which ones are yougoing to let go of?"
