The more muscle mass you have, the more room you have for glucose deposit that's not fat tissue. So if we want to really reduce our fat mass, increasing our muscle mass is one excellent way to do that. The more resistance training we can do, the lower our cortisol can be eating and ample protein. All of those things helps maintain healthy muscle mass and improve insulin sensitivity.
