With high volume work, traditional bodybuilding splits like five sets of 10 to 12 reps. Make a higher frequency program. Now you don't go to the gym four days a week, you go five. So when you hit those push downs, they're for real. Everything in the gym should be done with a fucking high level of quality. If it's not, yeah, it's probably a waste of your time.
