No one should freak out about a single glucose spike. It's really more of the patterns over time. I think people are often shocked when they hear that this company is primarily plant-based person, cause they're like, wait, that's a lot of carbs. And it just takes a little bit of trial and error to figure out what foods actually work for your body. The monitor in a sense, doesn't necessarily drive people to totally avoiding carbs.
