i have a default pack list i use whenever i travel. I make sure there's a gim at whatever hotel i happen to stay at. And if there isn't, i modify my a workout, let's call it a regimen. Maybe some weights before leaving on the trip, and more cardio workouts when i get there. Weather gets in the way of fitness habits as well. Just looking through the weather for the week ahead may be when you do your daily review. That can be a really nice habit to get into, plan out your habits for the week because that makes you so much more likely to stick with them.
